About the position
Tracie Healthcare Solutions GmbH is a start-up for software solutions in the medical field. It is a corporate venture of the leading laboratory product manufacturer Greiner Bio-One (GBO).

Our software provides process optimization for the pre-analytical phase of laboratory diagnostics through digitalization. Our goal is to improve sample collection and reduce errors to ultimately increase patient safety. Several hospitals and laboratories in Europe use our software in routine patient care every day.

We are looking for an experienced (m/f/d) Implementation Engineer, based in Linz or Munich, full-time or part-time.

Driven by a clear mission for customer centric implementation service, as the Implementation Engineer you will be responsible for deploying and configuring our software solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
As part of our Product team, you will have a strong technical background, excellent problemsolving
skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your profile
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
  • A customer-centric mindset and desire to work directly with B2B customers
  • Experience with MS SQL Server is a must
  • Prior knowledge of HL7 API connectivity is a plus
  • Very good communication skills
  • Structured and transparent way of working
  • Hands-on and strong in problem solving through solution-oriented mentality
  • Highly motivated to get things done
  • Must be fluent in English and in German. French, Italian, Spanish is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel to international customer sites (<10%)
Key responsibilities
  • Implementation of our software solutions, including installation, configuration, and integration with 3rd party systems (Laboratory Information Systems)
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans, project timelines and documentation together with our Customer Success Managers
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients throughout the implementation process
  • Provide technical 3rd level support of our software solutions
  • Contributing to the design and optimization of support processes
